Today is a good day to be happy. Find any reason to be happy and greatful about. There are so many reasons to enjoy life each moment. Take joy in the simplest things and be greatful for the job you have, the friends you have around, the food on your table and the air you breathe.
Recognize yourself as part of creation and be aware of the fact that whatever actions you take will have consecuences in yourself and your environment.
Hapiness is a decision we make every moment.

Let Go and Let God

There are times in our lives where everything falls apart, we feel lost, stuck, hopeless, doors close in front of us, we are pushed into a tight corner and we just can´t see the way out. When that happens, its a sign that life wants us to go in a different direction, it wants us to move from where we currently are, so the smartest thing to do is to make a move, to let go of that which is no longer working for us. If we keep sailing upstream, most likely we will sink!

It is not easy to let go, and step out of our comfort zones. It is a brave move and risky, but certainly rewarding. The power of the universe, which is our source is always on our side and will support us when we listen to the signs of change. Once we let go and start flowing freely, that is, opening all our senses, as well as our mind and spirit, we must watch for signs because we will start to see new opportunities, better opportunites most of the time, doors start to open right away and there is our chance for change, for renovation, reinvention of ourselves, for a new, better start.

The key is to take the risk, jump into the “abyss” ,the unknown, let go of attachment, listen to our inner voice, the divine wisdom within us, and use the signs emerging as hints to make moves that will lead us to our next destination, a step closer to the fulfillment of our ultimate purpose.

Everything happens for a reason.

Everything happens exactly at the right time, not sooner, not later.

When something ends, it simply ends and we must let it go, and move on!

There is not such thing as chance, things are meant or not meant to happen.

There is not such thing as If i hadn’t or had done this or that……. it just doesnt exist!

The people that come to our lives are the right people, we are meant to meet them for a purpose….

Is all of this true?? and why are some meant to be experiences so painful? why do we not learn our lessons with ease?

I want to share some words from Don Miguel Ruiz:

Life is not the body, it is not the mind, it is not the soul. It is a FORCE, through this force, a newborn baby becomes a child, a teenager, an adult; it reproduces and grows old. When life leaves the body, the body decomposes and turns to dust.

You are life passing through your body, passing through your mind, passing through your soul. Once you find that out, not with the logic, not with the intellect , but because you can feel that life- you find out that you are the force that makes the flowers open and close, that makes the hummingbird fly from flower to flower. You find out that you are in every tree. You are in every animal, vegetable, and rock. You are that force that moves the wind and breathes through your body.
